Summary: This was the perfect place to stay during a busy family weekend… Kelly’s home is so warm and inviting! It was clean and well-maintained, and she made sure we had everything we could need prior to our arrival. We loved our mornings on the back porch watching the chickens and hummingbirds… so relaxing! Summary: This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. The wildlife was amazing and we really enjoyed the chickens. I wouldn't be surprised if we return for a third stay!

Summary: The location and amenities worked out great for us. College Station weather with rain tried to dampen the stay. The outdoor covered patio was large and worked out great for our get together.

Summary: Stayed over Thanksgiving which can be challenging in a vacation rental. However, we had everything we needed and it was great! We really enjoyed the property, especially the chickens! Thanks again for a great stay!

Summary: My family really loved our stay. Kelly is an outstanding host and her property is unique and beautiful. Really did have a great time. There was an unexpected bonus-fresh eggs! Aggies everywhere should consider this place in their travel plans.

Summary: This property is a gem. Very reasonable, best location we have ever stayed in to access College Station. It is out away from the traffic. Quiet and very comfortable. Most affordable place we have found for a football weekend. Highly recommend.
